WebCandy is a Copenhagen based media house, specialised in online advertising.

Our staff is based in Copenhagen, Denmark - but we have a huge network of business partners and freelancers world wide, so that we can allocate experts to the different projets, without having to plan it months in advance.

In house, we work by a ROWE (Results Only Work Enviroment) model, which means that everyone can use their time how, when and where they want, as long as they get the job done. We only meassure talent and results, not who is sitting behind a screen from nine to five.
